Check-in procedure includes:

Under 05-year-old children sharing room with parents, no extra bed: free (maximum 02 children/room)

Breakfast & Room additional fee: 

• - Under 5-year-old children: free breakfast 
• - 6-11 year-old children: 50% price for adult 
• - Over 12 year-old children: considered as adult, 100% as adult 

Additional fee for the third person (no extra bed): VND 200.000

- Late check-out after 12.00 a.m to 3.00 p.m: further 30% room price/night 

- Late after 3.00 p.m to 6.00 p.m: further 50% room price/night 

- Late after 6.00 p.m: 100% room price/night 

• Small groups (under 8 rooms):

- Cancellations made 10 or more days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included): Free
- Cancellations made within 10 days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included) will incur a 100% charge.

•  Large groups (more than 8 rooms): 

- Cancellations made 23 or more days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday, SUnday and holidays are not included): Free
- Cancellations made within 17 - 23 days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday,Sunday and holidays are no included) will incur a 100% of one (1) night charge.
- Cancellations made within 17 days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included) will incur a 100% charge

Please don't cancel, change booking schedule on holiday time. 

Cancellation/changing fee in a service = hotel's cancellation/changing fee standard + transaction tackling fee 

Cancellation/changing fee standard of hotel: base on cancellation condition.

Transaction tackling fee as below: 

• - Booking service under VND 5 million: from VND 50,000 to 2% total value of the service. 
• - Booking service over VND 5 million: 1,5% total value of the service
