* Low season (01/05 - 31/10/2016)

- Cancellations made 17 days or more prior to the date of arrival (Saturday and Sunday are not included): Free

- Cancellations made within 17 days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday and Sunday are not included) will incur a 100% charge for the first night 

- Cancellations made within 10 days prior to the date of arrival or absence in the date of arrival (Saturday and Sunday are not included) will incur a 100% charge

* Reducing the number of overnight in total booked-night is considered as cancellation and you have to incur a 100% charge (include reducing night). Please do not change, cancel your booking in holiday.    

From Nov. 01, 2016 to Oct. 31, 2017: 

* Peak season (Nov. 01, 2016 - Apr. 30. 2017 except for holiday)

- Cancellations made 33 or more days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday and Sunday are not included): Free

- Cancellations within 33 days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday and Sunday are not included) will incur a 100% for the first night. 

- Cancellations made within 23 days prior to the date of arrival or absence in the date of arrival (Saturday and Sunday are not included) will incur a 100% charge

* Low season (May. 01, 2017  - Oct. 31, 2017)

- Cancellations made 17 days or more prior to the date of arrival (Saturday and Sunday are not included): Free

- Cancellations made within 17 days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday and Sunday are not included) will incur 100% charge for the first night 

- Cancellations made within 10 days prior to the date of arrival or absence in the date of arrival (Saturday and Sunday are not included) will incur a 100% charge.

* Christmas and New Year Occasion (Dec. 21, 2016 - Jan. 15, 2017)

- Canceling 48 days before check-in day (Saturday and Sunday are not included): free Hủy phòng trước 48 ngày (trừ thứ 7, CN) so với ngày nhận phòng, không tính phí.

- Canceling within 48 days to check-in day (Saturday and Sunday are not included): pay 100% for the first night. 

- Canceling within 32 days to check-in day or absence in check-in day (Saturday and Sunday are not included): pay 100% in total booking fee

* Reducing the number of overnight in total booked-night is considered canceling and you have to pay 100% in total (include reducing night). Please do not change, cancel your booking in holiday.    

* Nov. 01, 2015 - Oct. 31, 2016: 
- 01 child at the age of 4 - 11 years old live with parents: VND 210.000/child/meal (include breakfast & airport pick-up, except for extra bed) or VND 840.000/night/bed (include breakfast & airport pick-up, extra bed)  

- 02 children at the age of 4 - 11 years old, live 01 room with parents: additional fee is compulsory: 01 extra bed (VND 840.000/night/bed) + breakfast for the second child (VND 210.000/night/meal)

- Children at the age of 11 years old and older are considered as adults: VND 1.050.000/night/bed (include extra bed and breakfast, airport pick-up).

* Nov. 01, 2016 - Oct. 31, 2017
- 01 child at the age of 4 - 11 years old live with parents: VND 215.000/child/meal (include breakfast & airport pick-up, except for extra bed) or VND 860.000/night/bed (include breakfast & airport pick-up, extra bed) 

- 02 children at the age of 4 - 11 years old, live 01 room with parents: additional fee is compulsory: 01 extra bed (VND 860.000/night/bed) + breakfast for the second child (VND 215.000/night/meal) 

- Children at the age of 11 years old and older are considered as adults: VND 1.075.000/night/bed (include extra bed and breakfast, airport pick-up).

Cancellation/changing fee in a service = hotel's cancellation/changing fee standard + transaction tackling fee 

Cancellation/changing fee standard of hotel: base on cancellation condition.

Transaction tackling fee as below: 

• - Booking service under VND 5 million: from VND 50,000 to 2% total value of the service. 
• - Booking service over VND 5 million: 1,5% total value of the service
