    Note : 

               - Early check-in or late check-out depends on current condition of rooms in the hotel.

               - All derived expenses are not confirmed in this online booking. Please pay directly in the hotel.

               - In case you ask for invoice bill, please provide your information and bill invoicing address when you  pay the bill. We can not invoce if you provide information above later than prescribed time. 

    Check-in Policy

    • - Interim payment required (VND 1,000,000/room/night & VND 4,000,000/Villa/night) by credit card or cash payment for accrued expenses (if any). 
    • - After deducting accrued expenses during your stay, the hotel will reimburse you for the amount we had overcharged you, exactly as form you had deposited. 

    Surcharge policy

    • + Free for children at the age of under 6 years old sharing bed with parents (maximum 1 child).
    • + Surcharge for the second child under 6 years old sharing bed with parents: VND 115.500/child/night.
    • + Children at the age of 6 - 11 years old sharing bed with parents: VND 415.800/child/night.
    • + Children at the age of 12-15 years old sharing bed with parents: VND 577.500/child/night.
    • + Children older than 16 years old are considered as adult: VND 1.039.500/child/night.
