- Under 6-year-old (share bed with parents): free; 

- 6 - 10 year-old children (share bed with parents): VND 80.000/child;

- 11-year-old and older children are considered as adults (share bed with parents): VND 150.000/child;  

- Extra bed: VND 200.000/person.

- Early check in before 08 a.m: extra 30% 

- Late check out before 3 p.m: extra 30%; check out after 3 p.m: extra 50%; check out after 6 p.m: extra 100%

• - Cancellations made 16 days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday and Sunday are not included): Free,
• - Cancellations made 15 days to 08 days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday and Sunday are not included) will incur a 30% charge
• - Cancellations made 07 days - 03 days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday and Sunday are not included) will incur a 50% charge
• - Cancellations made 02 days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday and Sunday are not included) will  incur a 100% charge.

Cancellation/changing fee in a service = hotel's cancellation/changing fee standard + transaction tackling fee

Transaction tackling fee as below: 

• - Booking service under VND 5 million: from VND 50,000 to 2% total value of the service. 
• - Booking service over VND 5 million: 1,5% total value of the service
